I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Estimated delivery times generally range between 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cookpilotplus.com.

We will do our best to update your information before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

– Your order number

– A clear photo of the item received

– A description of the issue

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
